ViewSonic PX701-4K vs BenQ TK800M Review: Pros & Cons
A video projector is a solution for you who have no time to visit a movie theater. Now, if you have a problem choosing the video projector, here we have a review of the product from ViewSonic and BenQ. Here is the comparison review of ViewSonic PX701-4K vs BenQ TK800M.
ViewSonic PX701-4K Review
PX701-4K is suitable for watching movies and displaying the screen for video games. This video projector can produce a True 4K UHD Resolution on a projected screen up to 300 inches. It shows a high-detailed display of each object on the video games we tried playing using this ViewSonic video projector.
We also like the 3200 ANSI lumens of brightness that comes from its light. This amount of power allows us to play video or video games in any environment. It feels comfortable in the dark and looks beautiful in a bright room, especially thanks to its high contrast ratio feature.
What we like the most about this video projector is the high refresh rate, which is 240Hz, and 42ms low input lag. This specification allows the video game character to move smoothly and at a satisfying FPS level.
The only problem we have is when we need to adjust the screen. It is troublesome and complicated. It is doable, but it takes too long to get the adjustment we like.
Inside its package, you will get a video projector, power cable, and remote control. There is no bonus screen or portable bag you can use to carry it around.

ViewSonic PX701-4K Pros & Cons
- True 4K UHD Resolution with 240Hz refresh rate for playing video games with high settings,

- Projected to up to 300 inches of screen.

BenQ TK800M Review
BenQ TK800M is known for its true 4K projection technology. This technology produces 8.3 million distinct pixels which create 4K UHD image quality with high detail and clarity.
As its name implies, it produces a 4K image, which is a true 4K resolution. It is not like other manufacturers that double HD or 2K to create 4K image-like quality. You can watch a real 4K movie through this video projector.
The DLP Technology also improves the true 4K resolution. The DLP feature frees the projected image or video from noise and pixelated problems. Therefore, this video projector is suitable for playing the latest video games on the game console, like PS5, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch.
We also like the specification of the light on the video projector, which produces 3000 Lumens of brightness. It feels much more comfortable to watch a movie, even when we turn off the light in our room. It feels more like a real movie theater.
The flaw is the keystone adjustment control for screen size and position. Unfortunately, this video projector can only adjust the vertical adjustment without the horizontal. Therefore, you might need to adjust the video projector manually to create a better view.

Which is Better, ViewSonic PX701-4K or BenQ TK800M?
PX701-4K and TK800M have similar problems, a complicated and problematic screen adjustment. They have almost similar specifications, including the 4K UHD resolution.
However, we can see that ViewSonic PX701-4K is a better video projector than the BenQ product. It has fewer problems, even though it does not have many bonuses as we prefer performance over the small stuff like that. That’s all our comparison review between ViewSonic PX701-4K vs BenQ TK800M.
