Cuisinart CBK-110C vs Cuisinart CBK-110P1 Review: Pros & Cons
Cuisinart is well known for its home appliances products, ranging from coffee makers to bread makers. This time, we have tried two of this brand’s bread maker machines and decided to write a review about them. So, here is the comparison review between Cuisinart CBK-110C vs Cuisinart CBK-110P1 bread maker.
Cuisinart CBK-110C Review
CBK-110C is a big-sized bread maker enough to hold up to 2 lbs or 907 grams of bread loaf. The design looks beautiful, which is suitable to put on even the kitchen counter. You can match it with other appliances, especially products by Cuisinart, without any problem.
This bread maker can do everything for you, from mixing, kneading, and baking. You only need to put the ingredients for dough inside, and the blade in the bottom part of the baking pan will mix them automatically. It also can keep the freshly-baked bread warm, so you can enjoy it later.
It has 12 presets for your baking needs. You also can choose the baking mode to match the bread size and ingredient amount, such as 3 crust shades or when you want to bake 3 loaf sizes. It also has a 13-hour delay start to ensure the dough rises, which you can see on an easy-to-read LED screen.
The baking pan is removable and safe for the dishwasher. Unfortunately, we can’t remove the lid, so we have a problem cleaning it. It should be removable because the bread and dough often stick to the lid after the baking or rising process.

Cuisinart CBK-110P1 Review
CBK-110P1 has similar features and performance as the CBK-110C. First, this machine has a large baking pan that can hold up to 2 lbs of dough. To ensure you use the right setting, it also has a feature to adjust the baking process based on the dough weight, which is 1, 1.5, and 2 lbs.
Other than its three-sized dough option, this product also has three crush shades option, which is light, medium, and dark. The baking process is easy to follow. You only need to put in the ingredients according to the instruction, then this machine will mix, knead, let it rise, and start baking based on the option you choose (the dough weight and crush shades).
The big-sized glass lid allows you to see the dough and baking development. You will know when the bread is ready to serve. Even if you don’t see it directly through the lid, this machine has a function that will tell you when to remove the blade, add mix-ins, bake finished, and warm in a 60-minute cycle.
The only problem we found after we try it in the baking pan. It is difficult to remove because it uses two brackets.
