The first thing that draws our attention is the INKvest feature. It is an “extra” ink cartridge (4 cartridges) included in the box, where you will get a continuous supply of ink. This feature allows you to use this printer without worrying about running out of ink for up to one year.

It also has INKvestment Tank Technology, which automatically refills the cartridges when it detects the ink is about to run out. You don’t need to manually refill it, which has a big effect on its convenience value. You also can save more ink thanks to this feature.

Furthermore, Brother also adds the front-loading cartridges type. This design allows this printer model to hold more ink capacity than the traditional cartridges and becomes the source of the INKvestment Tank Technology to supply the internal ink tank for printing purposes. If this front-loading cartridge runs out, you only have to replace it with the full cartridges.

As you can see, Brother seems to focus on the ink feature in this model, which makes us question if they forget about the LCD design. Yes, the LCD is only 2 inches, which is too small for operating all features in this printer.

Brother MFC-J4335DW Pros & Cons

Which is Better, Brother MFC-J1010DW or Brother MFC-J4335DW?

Even though MFC-J1010DW has a more complicated installation process and require an old version USB cable, we think it is better than the MFC-J4335DW in term of usability.

The MFC-J4335DW model only boasts about its ink capability, which, in our opinion, is not enough to be chosen as the better inkjet printer in this review.
